Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations

Inspect construction sites and structures to ensure compliance with all codes required by law and regulation and established Town construction practices and procedures for the Town of Bluffton.

Our cooks plan, prep, and prepare food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests. They keep both kitchens organized and running efficiently. They ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and follow food storage procedures. You may be scheduled to work in our three meal per day restaurant or at our new Tiki Hut canteen.

Food Runners communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, and presented to the customer as beautifully and quickly as possible.
