HVAC Lead Installer

Job requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HVAC field
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screening
EPA Universal License: Must have or be willing to obtain
High School Diploma/GED required
Valid Driver's License: Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Ability to maintain communication with your install manager and team
Follow Dyess's Service System on every install
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
Keep your truck inventory up to date
Properly complete paperwork
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Must be authorized to work in the United States
