This part time role will be responsible for transporting, operating, and maintaining a 24-foot mobile shower trailer which provides essential hygiene services to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. A reliable, detail-oriented individual who’s passionate about making a positive impact in the community is essential to this role.

Responsibilities include in-person and telephone ticket sales and interacting with patrons in a professional, pleasant manner. Box office training will occur over 3 days from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, customer-service oriented, reliable, and have computerized point-of-sale experience.

The Big Task You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. Key Sub Tasks Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls. Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field. Record and report the service calls. Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.

Make $25-$30 per hour. NO LUNCHES DURING WEEK CLOSES AT 9:00 EVERY NIGHT
