Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Serve as on property Social Media Champion and work in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing & FMM on design and production of planned marketing programs. Position also supports the Sales Department along with assists with answering and routing phone calls & leads.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:  

Daily Tasks:

· Run Daily Transaction report from FDC 

· Work with DOSM in daily Advertising needs/approvals/design concepts/deadlines and
liaison with the Ad Agency.
 

· Works with DOSM and FMM on Social Media plans daily, weekly & monthly basis to
ensure plans are implemented as planned for Resort with daily promotions as
needed
 

· Work in conjunction with DOSM and Field Marketing Manager to monitor website and
online promotions-keeping all current
 

· Supports DOSM in all areas as requested 

· Ensure proper marketing materials are displayed throughout the resort.  

Weekly Tasks:

· Manage blogger and media influencers 

· Meets with DOSM bi-weekly to discuss current & future marketing projects to
include event planning both internally and externally.
 

· Act as Social Media Champion managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram postings; following
guidelines set forth by corporate marketing.
 

· Promote F&B events through e-blast and direct solicitation.  

Monthly Tasks:

· Work in conjunction with FMM & DOSM - Maintain and update CVent, VCB, and other websites that contained
detailed resort information and photos.
 

· Schedule eblasts for Resort as directed by DOSM 

· Assists Sales Team with planned eblasts. 

· Special Projects as assigned by DOSM  

· Work with HHI VCB on monthly e-blast – supply content & copy with approval of
DOSM
 

Quarterly Tasks:

· Maintains updates to e-mail database, as needed. 

· Update Image Library, as needed, with latest photos. 

 System Management:

· Research daily activity during times of discrepancies; report discrepancies immediately
and record actions taken
 

· Must be aware of all upgrades, new information and/or procedures put into effect by
Delphi, and the Property Management Systems

  • Schedule staff hours and assign duties.

Minimum Requirements

  •  Be 21 years of age or older 
  • Three or more years of front-of-the-house operations and/or
    experience as an assistant manager in the service or food and beverage industry 
  • Able to understand and speak using the predominant
    language(s) of guests 
  • Excellent basic mathematical skills and fundamental
    accounting principles, including understanding P&Ls 
  • Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system 
  • Competency in Microsoft Office platform 
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
    (up to 5 hours) 
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 60
    pounds
