Room Attendant
Company: Beach House, Hilton Head Island
Location: Hilton Head Island, SC
Room Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide prompt and courteous service to all associates and guests
Assist team members in the housekeeping department
Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms in accordance with company standards
Review daily assigned inventory of arrivals and departures; obtain supplies to complete assignments
Clean the resort guest rooms including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and common areas
Properly submit all lost and found articles left in guestrooms
Inform and coordinate with Engineering any room issues and needed repairs
Requirements:
Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs throughout most of your shift
Be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
Have a positivie outgoing personality
