Store Manager

We are seeking a professional to manage our store on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include:
-Providing leadership and supervision of all store team members
- Being the "face" of the store to our customer base and the broader Lowcountry market.
- Managing all facets of the operations of the store
- Ensuring that the store meets its strategic, operational, and financial goals.

This individual would ideally possess most or all of the following characteristics:

- Proven talented leader of people
- Possesses a "can do" mindset and work ethic
- Belief in the mission and objectives of the store
- Significant retail and / or grocery experience
- Creative, problem solver
- Very good analytical skills
- Intellectually curious, loves to learn
- Very good customer relationship skills, engaging personality
- Well organized
- Dependable
- Works efficiently
- Likes and handles responsibility well
- Can think strategically
- Able and interesting in devoting the hours required to fulfill this critical set of responsibilities.
