Project Administrator
The Project Admin supports project teams by managing project documents, assisting with permitting, and construction closeout. The Project Admin sets up and archives projects, coordinates project-related tasks, and supports project managers with document preparation and communication. The role involves managing subconsultant authorizations, invoicing, and tracking accounts receivables. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple tasks, personal time management, and coordination among teams of people
• Proficiency with Microsoft software
• Experience in design, land or infrastructure development, or real estate preferred
• 2 years of college or an Associate’s Degree required.
• 2 years of construction or development permitting experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe PDFs, Microsoft Suite, and project-related software.
• US Driver's License required.
