Customer Service Specialist

This position involves working with our customers in a variety of activities to meet their needs. Those activities include:

- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the store's products and offerings
- Ringing transactions
- Making coffee and tea drinks
- Gathering bakery and Bullpen (sandwich and salad items)
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment

The desired candidate has some retail and /or food service experience, enjoys working with customers, is detail oriented, responsible and dependable, and is interested in continually learning about the store, its suppliers, products, and customers.
