Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant CNC Operator to
support our CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the
setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
according to specifications. This role is perfect for someone looking to start

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of CNC machines under the guidance of a lead CNC
operator or supervisor. - Load raw materials into CNC machines and unload finished parts.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet
design specifications. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines and work area.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders and
inspection results. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor machine issues.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming.
- Technical certification or coursework in machining or related fields.
Working Conditions:
