Registered Nurse (Full-time or PRN)

Our RNs provide direct patient care to inpatients. This position assesses patients and creates a plan of care that is individualized and is reflective of each patient's needs and goals. The RN supervises activities of care, treatment and services of patient provided by LPNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned unit and shift. This position communicates information with the interdisciplinary team and reports patient concerns and changes in condition to supervisor and/or physician in a timely manner.
